Koshman named to Board of Directors

to announce the addition of Mr. Wayne Koshman to the board
of directors.
Destiny
CEO, Steve Vestergaard comments on the new appointment, "Wayne
has successfully worked in areas of international trade and
investment, corporate finance, sales and business development.
I'm excited about his ability to help grow our company internationally."
Mr. Koshman
has held a number of senior level management and consulting
positions in North America, Europe and in Asia. He served
as a Senior Trade Advisor for Georgia Kraveti Ltd. in the
Republic of Georgia in the early 90's then took the position
of VP Corporate Development with China Power Generation Corporation
in China. From 1996 to 1998 he served in Japan as Head of
Corporate Development for Moduline Industries (a subsidiary
of Champion Industries the world's largest home manufacturer)
.
Mr. Koshman
has successfully raised money for a variety of high technology
companies, acting as a project consultant with Zaatec Technology
Inc., a leading edge Japanese glass hard disk technology company
and as a director of GIS Technologies Inc., which makes smart
cards. He is a founder of Skytech Bio Conversion Inc., a biotechnology
company working with the National Research Council Canada
and the University of British Columbia on Phase 1 trials of
its unique microbial technology for treating organic solids.
