Media Technologies Appoints New Vice President of Sales

VANCOUVER,
British Columbia -- May 30, 2000 - Destiny Media Technologies,
Inc. (DSNY-OTC BB) is pleased to announce the appointment
of Mark Toffoli as Vice President of Sales.
Mr. Toffoli
will be responsible for building the sales force and implementing
the sales strategy for the Clipstream™, Video Clipstream™
and MPE™ product lines and for establishing and operating
sales offices in North America and abroad.
Prior
to joining Destiny, Mr. Toffoli has had a successful sales
career spanning 14 years, most recently with Sprint Canada
where he focused on major account sales of voice, data and
Internet applications. Sprint Canada Inc., a wholly owned
subsidiary of Call-Net Enterprises (Nasdaq-CNEBF), is one
of Canada's leading national communications solutions companies,
offering voice, data and online services. His knowledge of
both the LAN and WAN environment will be an asset to the company.
