VANCOUVER - Destiny Media Technologies, Ltd (DSNYD - Pink Sheets) announced today the granting of an exclusive license for the use of Clipstream™ (http://www.clipstream.com) for the North American real estate Web site market to Transmeridian Communications, Inc., owner and operator of Phototours.net (http://www.phototours.net).

Phototours.net specializes in providing on line multiple picture real estate virtual tours, advanced communication capabilities, web site development and hosting of of cutting-edge Web sites for real estate professionals. Phototours are available for public viewing via Phototours.net's exclusive multiple picture on-line listings database (the largest one of its kind in Western Canada, including MLS). What's more, the database features 360 degree Virtual Phototours™, and within the next three years, will include over 80 major metropolitan real estate markets throughout the United States and Canada.

With Destiny's new Clipstream™ product, realtors now have the ability to add audio to their Web site and portfolio of listings.
