Announces Clipstream™ License to China Telecom Subsidiary

VANCOUVER, British Columbia/EWORLDWIRE/ April 1, 2003 --- Destiny Media Technologies Inc. (OTCBB: DSNY; Berlin: DME 935 410) is pleased to announce that Canada Promedia, a reseller to China, has licensed Clipstream™ to Shanghai Information Industry Co., Broadband Information Center and Shanghai Yashi Advertising Company for unlimited use of Clipstream™ banner advertising on the site http://online2.sh.cn.

The Shanghai Information Industry Co., a wholly owned subsidiary of China Telecom, supplies broadband connectivity to end users and local businesses including ADSL and T1 connections in and around Shanghai. It currently has a monthly end user growth rate of approximately 25%. The Online2 website is one of the premier portals and broadband content channels supplying multimedia content in the form of news, video, audio and services to these end users. The Online2 website currently logs more then 4 million visitors to its portal daily, not including Shanghai Information Industry Co. broadband customers.

The agreement is for one year and has terms for optional upgrades to other Clipstream™ products. Currently Shanghai Information Industry Co. and China Telecom are already consulting with Destiny and Canada Promedia Inc. to integrate similar content delivery systems into its nation wide broadband network.
