Vancouver, BC - Destiny Media Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: DSNY) announces today that effective immediately company founder and President, Steve Vestergaard, will be assuming the duties of CEO in addition to his current role. Mr. Vestergaard will replace David Lawrence who joined the company on an interim basis.

Steve comments, "Destiny has a small but effective channel of over seventy resellers and a growing book of repeat business. We have strong partners in Europe and Asia and are seeing tremendous growth in demand for our product. Additionally we have taken a number of steps to minimize costs without affecting our ability to grow revenue. I am personally excited about our prospects and the results we can bring to build shareholder value."
