Trademark Usage Policy

Destiny Software Productions Inc. Trademark and Logo/Button Usage Guidelines

1. Trademark Notice
• The following acknowledgment must be displayed whenever Destiny Software Productions (Destiny) trademarks are used: " 'Product A' and the Destiny Software Productions symbol are trademarks of Destiny Software Productions, Inc."  For example: “Destiny Media Player™  and the Destiny Software Productions symbol are trademarks of Destiny Software Productions, Inc." 
2. Physical Layout
• Don't alter the Destiny Logo or download Button shapes or colors in any way.
• Prominence -- Use of Destiny trademarks are to be no less prominent and in the same relative size as the most prominent third party trademark appearing in the page. Destiny trademarks must be used in a manner that distinguishes them from other marks.
• Whenever a Destiny trademark is used, it must conform to the order of upper and lower case characters, and relative spacing, as demonstrated in 4. List of Trademarks List of Destiny Software Productions Trademarks, Logos and Buttons below.
• Destiny Logos and Buttons must link to the appropriate URL as indicated in 4. List of Trademarks List of Destiny Software Productions Trademarks, Logos and Buttons below.
3. In General
• Destiny trademarks must always be used in accordance with established Canadian and U.S. practices for the protection of trademark and service mark rights, unless the requirements in the country from which the Web page containing the Destiny trademark is served are more stringent, in which case the practice of that country must be followed.
• The Destiny Trademark and Logo-Buttons must not be used in any way that suggests a common, descriptive or generic meaning.
• Destiny trademarks may not be used in connection with products that do not meet Destiny's quality standards.
• Commercial uses of Destiny trademarks are subject to approval by Destiny.
• Destiny reserves the right to refuse usage of its Trademarks, Logos and Buttons.
• These Guidelines are subject to modification by Destiny without notice.
